Rogan Associates was founded in 1977 by Dr.Ing. Adelkis J.ROGAN, thus completing fourty years of continuous and successful activity. The Firm is able to offer its consulting services all over the world. Apart from Europe, it has worked in Africa, Middle East, Caribbean, South America, Indian Ocean, South East Asia and the C.I.S. and PHARE Countries.

The Founder of our Firm and with a 50-year career in various leadership roles, Adelkis provides strategic leadership across the Firm. Ex. Professor of Harbour Works in NTUA, founder of NTUA’s Laboratory of Harbour Works, member of the BoD of Piraeus Port of Authority from 1982 to 1991, and with numerous completed assignments all over the world under his direction, Adelkis offers both a deep understanding of the Port business and international business perspectives.

As the President of our Firm, Christos provides operational leadership across the Firm. Over the course of his 30-year career, Christos has gained broad experience in managing complex Port and Waterfront Development Projects worldwide. Furthermore, with a genuine passion for Coastal Engineering, Christos has led the development of wave models for coastal application and the application of advanced coastal evolution models.

Mr. Antonis

As the Managing Director of the Firm, Antonis oversees the ongoing projects’ activities. His thorough understanding of a project’s technical, environmental, and legal aspects, together with his strong expertise in the permitting process of complex Port and Waterfront Development Projects, offers great value to our clients. In addition, Antonis is a certified diver, responsible for the underwater inspections of our Firm, and has so far performed more than 200 underwater inspections for all kinds of Ports.

Responsible for the business development strategy and activities of the Firm, Yiannis is running numerous initiatives towards the penetration of new markets, the acquisition of new clients, and the identification of new partnerships. With a special interest for the latest trends in the Port and Waterfront Development business, Yiannis works closely with our business partners so that the Firm is always positioned in the heart of the industry’s evolution.
