Heraklion Port Authority considers developing passenger port facilities and a container terminal in the southern coastline of Crete. A coastal engineering study is elaborated in order to examine the potential of materializing the planned facilities in conjunction with the three existing fishing shelters in Arvi, Keratokabos and Tsoutsouros area.
